I'm thinking of going back on the fast but I still want some questions answered. 19236 I read your post..did you do any liver flushing? Can I consume herbs while fasting, and if I start fasting again, would I be picking up where I left off at day 14? (excluding 3 three days of getting out the food).

Does anyone believe it is possible for Chinese Herbs to cure me? I know MH believes in the power of herbs, so there must be a chance that the thousands of years of chinese herbal knowledge can cure my problems right?
