This cannot be a waste of time because you are learning and growing. It is a journey. I see the time I spend detoxing, healing and rebuilding my body as a learning curve. I am learning what is happiness and perfect health. I am becomming accustomed to the idea of perfect health.

What is the worst thing that could happen? You could continue trying new things and each helps a little more than the last. Each new idea leads you to yet another one so that you never run out of new things to try. Slowly but surely, you begin to get better.

I am curious, did you not have any results with the parasite cleanse? That really seemed to help my skin. So do the oregano oil steam baths every night.
