I have had cancer. In 03 I had a large cancerous tumor on my right kidney. When removed, the surgeon cut it(the kidney) open, and said the tumor was on the verge of breaking through, and spilling cells into the rest of my body. I have no way of knowing if what she said is true. Since then I have taken responsibilty for my health. I am 66 not over weight, have the bloodpressure of a 25 year old. 118/60, Don't feel anything like my age,and in the past I have felt like my age.

Not taking any allopathic drugs, not taking much of anything. CO Q 10 omega3 Iodine a couple of drops a few times a week. I do a fruit and vegetarian diet with free range eggs, and organic butter. I do fine on that diet even though I am type o.

If I new in 03 what I know now I am not sure I would do anything different. Lots of people living with one kidney. Other cancers I think I would cure my self. It is best to live a preventive life style. I don't worry anymore. I have lots of friends that laugh at ME, but need to be very worried. Prevention, prevention, prevention. Tweet
