Yes I learned that on a pH website. It seems 1/3 of the people on an alkaline diet
reacts negatively. They need protein, no grain and a little fruit.
To raise your pH you can take the bicarbonates between meals while you build the minerals in the body. This can take 2 years.
Since I used to wake up with leg and feet cramps I read on Hulda Clarks forum to also take it before bed because you need the alkalinity to get the toxins out during the night.
So in principle the bicarbonates is just a bandaid, you have to work on improving your body.
