Re: Fruit..friend or foe? theory vs. experience

Theoretically eating fruit and vegetables sounds like it aught to work. But I can't get it to work in my life. Barefoot knows everything there is to know about it. But I haven't had any success with fruits and vegetables my entire life. Nor have I seen any "terminal" people get their health back without animal protein and organ meats.

In my post "Fundamental 3, #2 Regular nutrition" I explain the details of it so I won't get into it here. Click on one of the "R"'s above for it.

Fundamental 3, #2 Regular nutrition.

I'd love to be a vegetarian, it sure would make my life a lot easier, but I get weak, and need to eat so much it just doesn't work.

Apparently there are people that can live off fruits and veggies but I'm not one of them. Nor do I recommend it for the "terminally" ill.

Barefoot seems to make it work though so I guess it depends on the individual.
