Re: Fruit..friend or foe? theory vs. experience
If you've ever seen starving kids with the distended belly from malnutrition it'll change you forever.
Eat what works for you. Some people can make vegetarianism work for themselves - I can't. Monitor your body as you experiment with various nutritional protocols. Do some homework on yourself.
As a general rule, eat what makes you feel better the next day. Eat what makes you feel stronger, cleaner, more alive, the next day.
Of course if you're in the middle of a cleansing regime expect the results thereof. You aren't going to feel good for a while. But you should know enough about your diet and what makes you feel good under "normal" circumstances to hold on while the cleansing is happening.
And of course there are going to be some things when coming back from terminal that you don't like. You'll have to suffer through those.
Know thyself is the key here. What works for you? Once you find it - run with it. Have some fun in life. You'll be happier and everyone around you will be happier.
