Hi leem,

Your post: I took an alkaline bath this afternoon, while monitoring my pH before and after. Before the bath, neither my urine nor my saliva pH would turn the pH strip any color at all. So, we're talking a pH of around 5 or so.

After the bath (and an alk drink) both saliva and urine pH shot up to past 7 and stayed there!! I'm still there...and I can feel the difference.

So strange. I mentioned my thoughts in my last post. Well, positive thinking is a heck of a lot easier when you feel decent! I feel a lightness, a relaxed energy. It is subtle, and I'm sure it wouldn't take much for me to wear out at this stage in the game, but I'll take what I can get! There have been days lately where I'd pray just for five minutes of reprieve!


Answer: The Soak baths may do much toward helping take the soreness out after too much use of muscles and may help with the pH, but one needs to utilize them each day, when one is having problems !

Also one other thing you may find that may help sooth sore muscles is to get some Pure Peppermint oil and apply it on the areas of the body where the muscles start to feel sore after too much use, after a bath and before going to bed !
