Exercise Soreness & Low pH, Cold Question...

I started doing Hindu Squats and Hindu Pushups five days ago - I added them to my rebounding/ deep breathing exercises. They really help me breathe deeply and relax me. But a few days into it, I realised I was feeling very sore and stiff. I took a detox bath and it helped for the rest of that day. However, since then, I've been unable to move my pH (which has plummeted from 6.5 to a point where it won't even register!!!)

I upped my CH to 1/3 of the Alk Drink, and I've been eating mostly alkaline foods that I've tested on my refractometer. I have been dragging around more than usual, and emotions are once again out of control. I didn't do a great number of the exercises, but I'm sure I overdid it.

What I'd like to know is: should I add more CH to drinks or would upping the CH add to my acid release? And would it further deplete me at this point to do the baths??

I've noticed that my thoughts are almost uncontrollably negative during this time. I know the power of gratitude and positive thinking, but when you feel this acid, it is a real battle to stay "up"!! Any tips would be appreciated. I don't like feeling/being negative...

From now on, I'll take it easy on the exercise until I'm more alkaline stable!

Another thing I wanted to mention as an aside: a few months ago in early summer I went swimming with friends and the water was a little cold. Well, everyone jumped in and swam for at least 45 minutes. I lasted less than 30 seconds. Once the water hit me, my body just couldn't handle the cold. I couldn't believe that my friends were able to stay in the water. I shook for 20 minutes after jumping out.

This is a clear sign of lack of kelp, huh? When I put this together with cold hands/feet, I see that I must be very low on sodium. Is there anything else that this might indicate??

Thanks!
