Thanks for the detailed reply. I'd heard about the 2-3 tablespoons somewhere before but was sure I hadn't read it in Stanley's book. Not sure how many teaspoons in a tablespoon..?
I make my 8 cups worth first thing in the morning before work with the cayenne added but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try you're method. I intend to break 28 days this time & want to increase the cayenne as much as possible to max out my results! What strenght do you use & how many cups do you drink?
I would be interested in knowing how many cleanses you've done & their average length/ how many times per year!?
