After day 15 you'd think you'd be grovin' in the zone and not having cramps...
yet the
Master-Cleanse can be a roller coaster,eh?
Re: Cramps...Many times it's the tea...steeping for 4 minutes max is my advise.
Changing an ingredient, brand, type,etc...midstream can shake up the zone, too.
If you are adding 5.5 tsps to a premade batch of
Master-Cleanse cocktail then that would/
could cause discomfort as well...it could also be used to strip rust off an
old car bumper! Holy Moly!
IF I premake a batch , I always add cayenne at drink time. As the cayenne steeps it
gets hotter and I think loses some of it's scrubbing power, opposed to 'time release', steeping in the colon. I make fresh lemonade when ever it's possible, and that equals 98% of the time...and I don't think that liquid cayenne has the scrubbing power , enzymes or nutrition level as raw powder.
As far as optimum , I personally heard Stanley say, decades ago, that shooting for 2-3 tablespoons of cayenne per day ,on or off the cleanse, is what he recommends.
Everyone has their personal thermostat for heat, though I usually work my way
up to 1/2 teaspoon per drink, floating it on top of the lemonade makes it go
down so much easier for me. My last few lemonades of the day I try to take as
much as I can so that there is plenty in me to work on my insides while I sleep.
Upping the cayenne has proven to be extremely effective in stimulating the bowels
to achieve more eliminations, whilst stripping the sludge.
Like anything else , one can always over do it...find your zone.
aloha,
