Orth Tri-Cyclen didn't work for me, either. Maybe a minimal improvement. (for the ladies--it did help my breasts plump a bit.) BUT, there were many bad side effects, for me and about 80% of my friends who've used it. It's just too strong. Horrible migraines, extreme crankiness and mood swings, I would get hot flashes, feel nauseas, etc... It's chock-full of estrogen.
