Hi.
I guess noone on Curezone disagree that food
is the best source to get ones vitamins/minerals.

BTW. I had a muscle cramp going on in my foot for several days,
and only a pinch of ES cured it within 1 hour....

This was on Sunday and I've kept on adding ES to all my meals and it havent come back.
Loose stool first day, but notting after that.

I also take high doses of B-complex.
I read in another post this also helps to better absorb Magnesium. Tweet
