Re: Overeating: is there a plan B?

The plan is to be strong! You have prior experience with a bad break, and you know the consequences. It is YOUR CHOICE!

If you do decide to break follow the basic rules. Eat LIGHT (never too much at a time), eat CLEAN (nothing heavy, meaty, fatty, sweet) and eat SLOWLY (chew foods very well. Be sure to continue drinking plenty of liquids and keep well hydrated.

Use good humor with the people around you, but they are not YOU. You are responsible for your body, for your health, and what they think or opine or express really doesn't enter into it, unless you choose to let it. If you have some subliminal desire to fail, or to scarf the wrong stuff in the wrong quantities or whatever, YOU, not they, will pay the price.

Whatever you do, accept responsibility. "Own it", as they say. THAT is the plan.

You'll do fine!

Big hug,
Somer
