Re: Toe/foot pain in spots w/edit
I actually had a wart removed from my left thumb in that same area, the pituitary. For years I thought I had Cushings, which sometimes is a tumor on the pituitary, and I just ignored it as I didn't want surgery. But as it turns out, my last cortisol test was good. However, I have a theory that helping one endocrine gland helps the others; they are just so interconnected, problems with one creates problems with the others.
The toes, and the area just below them, have everything from the neck up. There is a spot between the 3rd and 4th toes, at the base, that will take away a headache. The tips of the toes as well as the tips of the fingers, are the sinuses. But there is really only one rule: if it hurts, rub it. If you can find a uric acid crystal, get it out by massaging it toward the heart.
I think that since the metals are stored in the head, the brain, the eyes, etc., that it is no wonder that would show up in the toes.
By the way, if you have someone else do the rubbing, it feels really good and is wonderful for relaxing.
