Toe/foot pain in spots w/edit

It is odd that you should mention this. I can tell what area of my body is detoxing by the spots on my feet. If you are familiar with foot reflexology, you know the varying spots correspond with organs, etc. Right now I have a really painful spot just below my right ankle that corresponds to reproductive organs. I have spots coming and going around the toe areas that signal when I need to pay more attention to my sinuses.

I have a heavy duty foot massager, and I have been trying to get 30 minutes each day on it, and it helps overall. Doesn't do much for that spot near my ankle, though.

I tried to copy and paste the foot chart here. I need a tutorial, I guess. But you can google reflexology foot chart and get a bunch of them. Anyway, massage those crystals out of there, always massaging toward the heart.

I agree, start another thread and see what you get.
