Re: Hair growth help

I have long hair, past my bum, and no split ends.
Hair this healthy is a sign of good health and I
will admit it was not always this way.

Most important, get rid of your parasites. You may
have to do 2-3 more rounds minimum of parasite cleansing.
If your hair is dry and brittle, it is still a good
chance you are carrying a parasite load.

Do your other good body maintenance and get your
thyroid in shape. Check out the Iodine forum and
Vulcanel provided a place, I bet you can find it
in the recommended messages, where you can send
away for a test to figure out where you stand relative
to iodine. Hormones play a big role in hair growth.
For years, I ate kelp capsules which contain iodine
and most likely that is the reason I still have long
hair at my age (53).

I think the things that helped me the most besides
"coming clean" relative to liver and bowels and
heavy metals, was minerals. I use blackstrap molasses
and on and off, use the formula below which IS stinky
but that is the MSM sulfur which someone else also
stressed in their post.

HHA HAIR, SKIN & NAIL SUPPORT - 90 caps

Many great member reports using this to help hair and skin. 1 Capsule - MSM Sulphur - 250 mg., L-Methionine - 150 mg., L-Cysteine - 100 mg., Horsetail Extract - 100 mg., Choline - 25 mg., Inositol - 25 mg., PABA - 25 mg., Vit. A - 2500., Vit. C. -30 mg., Vit. E - 15IU., Thiamine - 5 mg., Niacin - 5 mg., Vitamin B-6 - 5 mg., Folic Acid - 100 mcg., Vitamin B-12 - 12.5 mcg., Biotin - 250 mcg., Pantothenic Acid - 25 mg., Iodine (from Kelp) 75 mcg., Zinc 7.5 mcg., Copper - 250 mcg. I use ONLY natural bristol brushes and do not blow
dry my hair or brush it while it is wet.

I like to use conditioning packs and have used
coconut oil, emu oil and castor oil. Not all at
the same time...ggg. I buy those cheapo hair caps
that are disposable and saturate my hair with oil
and go sit outside for an hour or hang out in the
house even while it soaks in. Also eating good
plant oils like hemp, olive, coconut and sesame
have really improved my liver function and the
appearance of my hair.

Apple Cider Vinegar is also beneficial as a rinse
and in toddies.
