Hair growth help

I cut my hair short when I was 12 years old, and it has not grown past my shoulders since! I'm middle aged now! My bangs will grow, but the length of my hair will not grow at all! I have diabetes,hypothyroidsm, and have just finished my first parasite cleanse, with pretty good results. Could any if these things cause hair to not grow? I do not dye my hair at all, or perm it, I don't use curling products or even a hair dryer. Hair dries natural. I've taken tons of Biotin, tried every hair product I can think of to help hair growth, and even tried home type remedies! My hair is extremely thin, oily, and has split ends also. I do not have PCOS or alopecia or whatever it's called. Just hair that refuses to grow. I have done the whole routine of getting the ends trimmed, but that does not help either. Can someone recommend something that would make my hair grow? It's been a lifelong struggle and dream to have shiny long hair! Tweet
