Thank you. I've already tried the MSM, but it didn't work-maybe I wasn't taking a large enough dosage though. Where do you get the Shapleys? Also, how do you do the Bentonite/Olive Oil hair detox? I take Bentonite every day by mouth-didn't know you could use it on your hair too!
