I'm sorry to hear of your dilemma. When we are under that much pressure, it's hard to see outside the box. Perhaps there are other jobs out there that would still allow you to go to school in the evening? You could at least attempt to look for one and go on a few interviews, ya never know where it may end up taking you. I often think and it's only my opinion, but experience seems to always prove that if something is THAT hard/miserable, it's usually a sign that you need to leave.

I know it is rarely easy to just up and make the change overnight, so here are a few suggestions:

*get a good meditation tape. THere are zillions out there. I personally get excellent results from using Kelly Howell's products. Her Total Relaxation/Release Stress/Tension got me simultaneously through the holidays, a move, and a slew of other things last year. Meditating every day, although not always easy to fit in, will give you noticable results in only a day or two.

*Relora is very good if you take it daily. It takes about a week to build up in the system, but really helps to level you out.

*Get a massage! As you know, it helps tremendously

*Think about talking with a counseler or therapist if the stress continues. It's amazing how much it can help not only in getting thngs off your chest, but moreso in processing the extent of the effects a stressful situation. With the aid of a good therapist/counseller, it's entirely possibly for you come to a better understanding of the situation as a whole, and whether or not it is in your best interest in the long run to stick it out there. Either way, with their help, you can come up with a plan in either dealing better with the everyday pressure -or- in the best way in figuring out what it takes to leave.
