Yes, I agree about the Antibiotics . I had so
many sinus infections for a number of years
until finally we brought those under control
and it was likely my single biggest factor in
my candida overgrowth.

Try not to focus on avoiding cancer so much
as being healthy and much worry and stress
will float off your back. There are so many
ways to amp up your immune system. Its a process
but one worth working with.

Also, as you heal, you will find your body
will tolerate alternatives you may have tried
in the past and were unable to use with your
level of toxicity. Like the turtle who slowly
but steadily keeps his eye on his destination,
you will one day arrive at wellness as long as
you keep moving forward.
