I've been reading your posts and I realize you are deperate, but it doesn't sound like you are giving things a chance to work. A suggestion would be to pick a couple of things (and stick to the diet, no cheating!) and give things a chance to work. This can take months and months. We didn't get this way overnight and it takes patience and time. I do know, I've been on the diet for 2 years and am making very slight progress, but at least it is something. You could do more harm bombarding your system with radical amounts of things.
