wow. thanks for responding everyone! it is unbelievable to me that i would still have actual nicotine hanging around (i guess in my liver)... i was also under the impression that your body gets rid of the stuff by itself given time. guess shelley's story argues different. i wonder, then, if the source of my chronic insomnia isn't from some kind of persistant nicotine poisoning (nicotine is a powerful stimulant and mimics a neurotransmitter) rather than parasites etc as i always thought?
this has been quite an experience - but its too early to judge if its been curative yet. i do, however, feel better, so we'll see.
