Stale Cigarettes

Hi all,

I did my first and second flushes back-to-back (I know, not recommended, but I have a colonic scheduled for today and just felt I should "go for it" somehow).

The second flush I did without Epsom Salts and was much more comfortable than the first (slept through the night). The first flush produced about 100 small stones, the second flush nothing so far (I did a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this am, but still nothing). Anyway, starting with the first flush and continuing with the second - I keep smelling the odor of stale cigarettes and I'm pretty sure its coming from me! Has anyone else had this happen? Is it just the smell of the oo and gf or extra bile that reminds me of stale cigarettes?

I did smoke for 15 years, on and off, (I know, very bad). But I quit smoking over six years ago... and no one has ever smoked in my apartment since I've owned it... now, cleansing enthusiasts would of course say that the smell is old cigarette toxins coming out... and my skin does feel tingly and itchy (like from too much nicotine?), but I have a hard time believing that old nicotine is coming out... anyone else smell this during a lf? any ex-smoking flushers out there?

Thanks for any input. (I feel weird/sick after the two flushes - not euphoric yet, but hopeful)
