Hi hazelfrog...The best thing I've found for parasites is Herbal Fiberblend by Aim.
If you'll take 3 capsules every 4 hours during the day...to get in 12 capsules...you'll pass all kinds of weird things. It will also help you get rid of
the old dark plaque. Our health food store carries it...but if yours doesn't...just
type it in and do a search...just be sure what you get is 'by' Aim. I'm sure there
are many herbal blends out there for parasites.

This stuff will also help with stubborn constipation. I personally think it's even
better than Dr Natura. I've been on Dr Natura for 2 months, but wasn't doing that well on it...and remembered success that I had had with Herbal Fiber Blend a few years ago...and added that...and WOW.

Good luck. I'm sure constipation sounds like such a trivial thing to people suffering from some of the big diseases...but what many don't know is that constipation LEADS to the big diseases. So it MUST be reversed.

Drink lots of water, of course. And did you know you should be drinking room temp
water...as cold water makes the colon squench up...making constipation worse. There's also an accupressure point under your left rib cage...straight down under
the left breast nipple. That accupressure point can work wonders.

But get some Herbal Fiber Blend by Aim...and you won't believe what will happen. :-)
