Also, thank you Kathyrn for your words, I have chronic constipation & it is unbelievable how it has changed my life, and not for the better.

You feel so uncomfortable & it can be scary. I cry alot about it.

Also, trying different things, supplements,doctors, everyone has a slightly diff opinion, can be confusing, some people want to take advantage of our search for diagnosis, I am learning that now finally. I have spent alot as I know others have also to get to the root of the problem.

It is my biggest problem basically.
