The fear and anxiety that comes up for me when parasites are dying off is awful. I believe they release fight or flight chemicals when they are dying, that get into the bloodstream and start circulating, which causes horrible irritability and fear of death. When I lower the dose, I often feel elation. I suspect it is their sense of relief that causes me to feel elated.

I am single and live alone. I use this forum to anchor me. I also use self-talk, tell myself that I am safe, that I am a child of God, the fear I am feeling is theirs, not mine. I pray and drum and chant to keep from going insane. When it gets too intense, I have to cut back on the dose, but I try to endure as much as I can for as long as I can.

I talk to them, tell them they are welcome to stay if they would like to be helpful in symbtiotic relationship with me. Otherwise they must return to their source of emanation, and they are forbidden from ever harming anyone again.

It would be extremely helpful to me if I had someone to monitor my meds when the anxiety gets high, because it affects my short term memory. It is difficult to be consistent with doses.

It would also be helpful if I had someone who would simply say to me:

"You are safe. Fear and anxiety means the medicine is working. You are going to feel so much better when they are gone. You will be very glad you took the medicine. You only feel this way because they are dying off. You are doing great. Hold my hand and look at me. Your eyes are clear. Your pulse is strong. You are getting well."

But most everybody thinks I'm crazy, and wants me to stop what I am doing, thinks I should go to a doctor. So I tend to isolate, except for posting messages on forums.
