Re: Daughter not doing well

I've had similar experiences with parasite cleansing, and to the extent that she has experienced it. It's very distressing. This last time I went through it a couple weeks ago, was one of the most intense in a long time....complete disintegration....horrid hopelessness and anxiety that lasted for days, with intermitant panic attacks.....sorry she's going through this, it is aweful.

she can monitor herself on how much is enough and when to ease up....it's okay to cut back or even take a break from it if she feels it's too much, it's best to listen to your body.

I've had two types of experiences with panic reactions like this...it is a consequence of aggrevating and killing the parasites, but question is, are you getting better as a result of it? years ago, my answer was no. Not at all, infact getting worse. Now that I'm better, when these reactions happen, either I remain at the same level (that is it does nothing, but I'm not worse), or I'm better. This last round of it, I'm much better, I'm stronger, clearer, calmer.

so, she'll be okay, the cleansing may be more of a process than intially anticipated, but she'll get there.

the panic attacks, by the way, as bad as they get, and they can get extremely bad where you are sure you are about to die....let her know that no one has died from a panic attack, it will pass, as horrid as it is. If she's able to control her breathing, this can help...what you do is breath in slowly for count of about 4, then hold it for 4, then breath out for 4, and hold it again for 4. She can use counts of 5 or 6 if that's better for her...I find 4 is good, the time doesn't matter as much as the manner of doing it...slow, easy and calm...it's hard to do in a panic attack, but worth a try. Do the breathing over and over, it could take 10 times or more, just focus as much as you can on just your breathing, and know that you have control, you'll be okay...remember to do the holding it for equal amount of time after each breath in and out...that's important. When it works, she'll feel her heart rate start to come down to normal, and then the rest will follow.

hope this helps.
