I can not find any lumps at all but I suppose there could be a cyst in the milk duct area or the nipple. I have been painting the breast with Lugols at night. I just started Lugol's about a week ago. Started out with one drop per day because I can not afford to detox badly currently. Maybe it is time to up the drops to 2 drops a day because so far, no detox other than a coating on my tongue. Or maybe that explains the increase in the breast pain as well.

I do not have to manipulate my breast at all for the discharge to occur, it is spontaneous.

I've also read about magnesium oil to be applied to the breast and may try adding it to the routine. I've upped my Vit. C to 3,000MG a day.

You seem to be taking a lot of Iodine. Any detoxing? Also, do you take 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt ? If so, let me know, please.

I just do not want to worry anymore or be fearful. Which I'm both at the moment.
