Breast Problem - Anybody have any advice?

I've posted before about my breast problem.

About a week ago, I posted that I was starting the Lugols and have done so. One drop daily.

I'm trying to find out if anyone has had a breast discharge from only one side, clear to yellow. The discharge usually happens at nite but can happen during the day. And if so, were they able to clear it up with Iodine.

This has been happening for 16 months. I had mammogram (wont have another) and it came back no cancer. I had prolactin test, and it was normal, also TSH test was
normal. I've had slides taken of the discharge twice, only thing noted was fat
cells. But, this is really starting to scare me. I dont know what is causing this and I dont want it to be DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ).

I would really appreciate any advice or to hear from anyone that has had this problem. And how much idoine to work up to to clear up the problem, even though
I do not know what is causing the problem. Doctor is not worried about it but after 16 months and now some pain on and off, I'm scared!
