I had this problems some years ago, when I still had menstrual
cycles. I had to squeeze pretty hard to get any discharge out,
but it was yellow or amber. It was a fatty cyst, benign. I had
it drained by a doctor, 2-3 times. the cyst used to hurt when I
had periods, but otherwise did not bother me. I have not had
any problems with it since I started menopause some 9 years ago.
I've been using Iodine since mid-December, Lugol's since April.
I'm up to over 300 mg per day from Iodoral and Lugol's and also
use Magnescent iodine, from which I get about 2 or 3 mg. The lump
is still there, but it's getting harder to find.
