Re: 10'th Flush a FIASCO!
Hi Tebasile,
I'm actually not doing the flushes just for endo, although I'm hoping it will help that. I had an ultrasound a couple years ago that showed very enlarged ovaries (and I can feel them, especially around my period). The GYN thought it was probably endo, particularly becuase of the heavy bleeding and cramps, but immediately wanted to do the laporoscopy, which I don't want to do. I feel strongly against invading the body like that unless there is absolutely no alternative, and I can't explain it, but I have a lot of body awareness these days and I know it's not cancer. I actually think there might be a lot of yeast and
parasites involved with it. I'm doing another flush this weekend, if all goes as planned. Then a
colonic in about a week. I've also been under a lot of stress with work, and then looking for a house - I just bought a place w/my boyfriend, we're moving in together in august, so there's some stress around adjusting to that new level in the relationship. I haven't been very good on my candida diet, as a result.
I don't think the flushes go as well when you're stressed, and I know it's important for me to time them right in my monthly cycle. I wouldn't do a flush any time during the 10 days before my period - I think that's when the liver gets the heaviest load with the hormonal stuff. Maybe next time try it like a week after your period ends.
Good luck!!
