I understand your frustation, especially bc we have to prepare ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually before doing a flush.

I just don´t think you have a stone stuck, otherwise your discomfort would be much more obvious that it is.

Can you tell us exactly what you did, how much oil and juice have you taken? Which recipe(protocol) have you followed?

I still hope something will come out and most of all that you´ll feel better and that your energy starts flowing again soon. i hate to see you that way!
