Couple of things I wanted to mention in case it helps you: I use a high quality essential oil of peppermint the night of the flush - I rub it on my ears and a little under my nose. That has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with the nausea, as well as using a lighter olive oil - I have used Paul Newmann's Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil the past few times, and with that, the peppermint, and a little mind-over-matter, I've kept the nausea to a minimum. I also only fast after lunch, contiue to drink water and a little apple juice (and Emergen-C) until about 2 hours before bed. My first few flushes were miserable, it was all I could do to keep the stuff down, but I think the other things and breaking the rules with the liquids has actually made it easier for me. I also eat a little sooner in the morning than your supposed to, usually some soaked & cooked hot grains. That helps any morning nausea, for me.

I think I also have endometriosis, although I wouldn't do the laporoscopy to find out for sure. I think it goes along with liver congestion, heat condition, and general blood stagnation as Chinese medicine would describe it. I think Candida & parasites are also still big players for me. I am hoping the Liver Flushing will help, eventually, and I'm trying hard to be more active, since I sit at a computer all day and believe that contributes to pelvic congestion. I take raspberry leaf - Nature's Sunshine is a great brand, in the second half of my cycle. I usually double the recommended dose. When I stick to that, I don't get the severe cramp attacks with the onset of my period that I usually get when I don't take the rasberry. Have you tried that? It's inexpensive, and for me, at least, it helps symptomatically. It's hard to know how much it's helping the underlying cause of the cramps, though.
