It's weird I never noticed any Iodine detox symptoms in my sinuses at all. I had them elsewhere but not in the sinuses. I think by the time I took Iodine my sinus problems were pretty well cleared up. It really seemed like after I did a couple rounds of Humaworm it got better. Humaworm is really good against Candida too. I've also Liver Flushed a few times recently and that helped.

What also really helped was a mixture of Sea Salt , Baking Soda, and a little Hydrogen Peroxide mixed in a dropper bottle. It will burn, but it works. Put a dropperfull in each nostril (make sure the back of your throat is closed or it will drip down) and hold for several seconds, or as long as you can. Then let it drain out in the sink and let it sit there as long as you can. Then spit out, blow your nose etc. I also did this for awhile and it cleared up my sinuses. It would probably be really helpful since you just finished Antibiotics .

I even had to do this a couple weeks ago. I accidently got a big whiff of moldy food dust in my face and all of a sudden the allergies came back. I did the Salt/Soda/Peroxide and it cleared right up!

So I believe that Iodine helps allergies but if you have a deep rooted sinus problem like I did, and it sounds like you do, you have to work on it at other angles first, but it will eventually clear up. Tweet
