I have not had a bad sinus problem in my life, but now I do. This summer has been horrible with sinus problems. Have not had problems with allergies, but now seem to.
I have been washing them (sinuses) out with my waterpik, but it doesn't last. I wake up several times at night with a horrible dry mouth, from breathing through my mouth. I don't know if the Iodine has shaken something loose, and is trying to heal it or what. Not a pleasant situation. Maybe I will go to high dose again to see if that will help.

Does the Antibiotic your taking have flourine in it. I went on Cipro a couple of years ago and It really wiped me out. I am still working to get the flourine out of me. Good health seems to be a constant battle. Take care. Tweet
