I would not worry about fluorine while I am taking Iodine in any amount. Iodine is the best thing you can do to get rid of fluorine. The "iodine" doctors say that very much fluorine is seen in the urine when we take iodine.

I don't know what to tell you about your sinus or allergy problem. Nothing has worked for me. This Antibiotic helped; but still, I think something is wrong. I really think it is fungus or some other candida type problem. It is possible that the Iodine "shook them loose" and the fungus is rebelling. I think I'm going to try ozonated water along with iodine therapy. I was hoping, from the beginning, that iodine therapy would resolve this. I think the therapy needs help. I think it is overwhelmed. I tried Colloidal Silver (which you may want to try) by taking one teaspoon several times a day. I think that has helped; but still not completely.
