I'm glad.

I’m glad you got it figured out.

We’re all different.

I’m always amazed at how people will accept a “belief” about health.

So much so, that they allow their health to suffer for years, even to the point of death.

Being self-righteous has a high price.

I remember a guy on another forum years back.

Health to him was preordained by genes.

In his view, no amount of exercise, right eating or “healthy” this or that was going to change anything.

He knew this because of the poor health or his parents, grandparents, and great grandparents.

In the 5 years I was a regular on the forum, not once did it occur to him that maybe when his descendants came to this country they simply ate food that was wrong for “them” and perhaps, chose a style of cooking that made it worse.

(I love chicken fried steak because I was raised with it, but, how good is it for me?...;-)

To Your Great health,

Savagegrace
