As I view these Travel Channel programs, and they're citing the predominant diet of Asia, I'm astounded at how healthy/balanced these people eat.
The predominant food is pork & veggies (with LOTS of spices), raw meat/fish, etc. One particular meal was a wok dish with LIVE fish thrown in. Top this wok meal off with ginger, cayenne, garlic & veggies, and that's their fare. They eat the WHOLE fish.
The women have long, shiny, thick hair, beautiful complexions and look altogether in peak health...
Looking at your typical American food fare, it's literally a graveyard of decaying corpses & processed crap.
