nothing works for my acne! please help me

nothing seems to work for me
i would have to say that i have the worst skin you can think of
my face has not been clear since i've been in the 5th grade
i am now 18

i have tried everything from accutane, Antibiotics to being on differen gel since the 6th grade

the accutane worked well for a summer but then it just came back in like 3 monthes and it slowly started to get back to where i started... which is horrible

my skin is so dry and itchy i just dont know what to do anymore im in physical pain

my diet is not bad at all
i dont drink soda or anything with caffeine
i drink plenty of water i eat alot of fruits and vegetables

i just dont know what the problem is, somebody please help me i just cant take it any longer
