acidic saliva...

Hi,

I was wondering if anyonecould help me...?

As a result of chronic indegestion I was on PPI's for a year. I came off them two months ago, and have been managing my symptoms through a strict diet with a fair amount of success.

I've had no alcohol, caffine and soda. I've been eating loads of fruit and veg. No processed foods - apart from wholemeal pasta/rice on occasion. I eat nuts and dark chocolate for treats and drink almond milk. I've also been vegan - having given up all meat and dairy. I drink at least 2 liters of water/herbal tea a day, along with chlorophyll and lemon juice. I feel as though this is a healthy diet, and it should, in theory, be an alkalising diet...

But,

My ph strips are showing my saliva levels as being 7.6! And I'm not sure what else I can do to get it down. Can anyone help?

The water itself (filtered tap water) shows a reading of 6.3

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kim
