Re: "Coffee Enema Liver-Flush"
I started doing a daily
coffee enema for what I thought was only to release toxins. I never had any idea that I would actually get out any stones, although I've vaguely heard of it being done. snozberry over at the
Liver Flush Forum had a great how-to post on it, but I can't show it to you because for some reason he deleted all his posts. That post is where I got the idea from.
I would typically do the
coffee enema between 1 - 3 p.m. The 1st 2 days I drank a 1 tablespoon
Epsom Salt Flush about an hour or so before the Enema to help cleanse myself out by having more bowel movements. I had already been taking about a tablespoon of Lecithin Granules twice daily. The 1st 2 days I didn't get any stones.
I didn't eat during the day at this time and not much at night except for some steamed veggies, or salads, maybe some grilled fish, because I was feeling sick from what I think was my Liver/Gallbladder being packed with stones.
On the 3rd day (after I went to the Doctor who told me I probably had Gallstones) I had a bowel movement after the Enema and I was surprised to see 5 or 6 green stones floating in the bowel. So I immediately did another
Epsom Salt Flush this time with a tablespoon and a half of
Epsom Salts , and drank about a 1/4 cup of Sunflower Oil. I'm sure most any wholesome Oil will do. This caused more bowel movements, about a total of 8 that day and each time I got out more stones of various sizes, even a few larger ones. (I think on this day I ate nothing)
So being on a roll, the next day I did 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of
Epsom Salts in water, an hour or so before the
coffee enema and about an hour after. Maybe 3 total on that day. I think I did a swig or maybe 2 of Sunflower Oil at the same time. I think I took a little extra Lecithin as well. I did this for for 4 additional days until my bowel movements produced no more stones, so I think it was a total of 5 or 6 days that I got lots of stones out daily this way.
I hope that gives you an idea. I didn't really go by any hard and fast rules, I just did what worked and adjusted accordingly. Some days more when it felt right, some days less. But of course I did only 1 Coffee Enema a day. I am home most everyday, so this is easy for me to do. For someone who leaves home for work, it could be tricky, but I'm sure you could find a way.
Also since the Doc/Quack threatened me with a knife (Gallbladder surgery) those stones were ready to come out!
