Yes, and I still have more flushing to do too. It's frustrating to have to wait in between flushes.
I really cut down on my dairy after that. Now I use Coconut milk in my Coffee, instead of Goat's milk. I try to stay away from soy because it's a goitrogen. If I eat any dairy I eat cheese, but not very often.
Supposedly they're not using hormones on the cows in some of the dairy products I've eaten, but how much of that is truth I wonder. Those hormones can really affect P.M.S.
