Hey Trysten3000,
I can only go by what you put out.
I’m a vegetarian and try and stay away from processed stuff as much as possible.
And
I’ve taken psyllium for like 5 years now everyday.
That’s what you’ve written after your first post.
What I was worried about was “if” you were a pure vegetarian but your body couldn’t handle it.
Here’s the deal.
You have been eating "insanely healthy" (a belief), yet your health is not great, which indicates otherwise.
This means something’s not right for you.
Or you have a compromised system in some way.
Is it possible you aren’t eating the second half of proteins needed for the large amount of beans you consume?
I still vote for eating raw egg yokes to see if that helps.
I’ve found this is a no brainer for people with skin problems and vegetarians with health problems.
And yeah, I still prefer it in the form of the LF, due to the added resources mixed with the yokes.
And oh yeah, I feel for ya with the “drives me crazy” because “things” are healthy or not, so which is it????
