I guess everyone is different. FOr me, the oxygen based cleanses have been terribly unpleasant and difficult. They seem to weaken my bowels as well even though they claim not to..I dunno its strange how different it is for everyone. Just going based on how I feel..fiber based cleanses make me feel the best. Yeah definitely illness...still feeling weak and terrible. BUT- I was able to use the restroom today and it was really big and bulky so the P&B is definately doing something. Although I noticed my stools were super light color. Maybe my last flush something got stuck...? I plan on flushing again in about 4 weeks.
