What makes you say Im abusing psyllium? I just barely started the P&B shakes..and uhh those are listed in the cleansing section of this web site..? Im confused because some things here say one thing and others say another..I dont get it.
As far as the oils..I take total EFA essential fatty acids {highly rated brand} two or three times a day every day. Always far far away from when I take my fiber supplement {I take that way early in the morning}..so I dont think the psyllium is messing up that.
What do you mean exactly by Im not a pure vegetarian? Im not vegan or anything I never claim to be. But I havent had meat in almost 2 years now. Are you saying Im not a pure vegetarian or you dont think I SHOULD be one? I cant really tell.
I eat lots of mostly vegetables, fruits, cooked rice, every variety of beans imaginable {My body loves them, they are so damn good, even before I was vegetarian I lived off them} and hmm..what else..some nuts and seeds..not a lot. A little egg here and there but not regularly..I also eat a lot of soups in different varieties of beans and vegetables. Its hard to imagine me having a poor diet because I eat "insanely healthy" compared to all my friends or thats how they put it lol..but I suppose I probably eat really unhealthy compared to some of you guys..Im not sure. It seems like every time I find something some say is healthy others say it isnt, it drives me crazy and I never really know what to do. I just try and do my best. Its all so confusing!
Also Ive never tried the
Liver Flush with eggs but I will look into it. Its just really hard if its something I have to do every day, because I have work. I have to take time off to do the other
Liver Flush as it is. :-\
