I thin that was a very encouraging post.

The body is a wonderful thing, it is strong and will fight for us til the end. Atleast I belive that. So now when we are gathering knowledge and seeking the truth (like here at this amazing forum) we can now know better and act better. We learn that knowledge comes first, action comes second and healing can begin, slowly. I have a feeling that the body is very forgiving, people abuse it everyday with poor choices, but yet they wake up the other day like nothing have happened? Do we ever thank our bodies for trying to keep us alive even during the darkest moments and after giving it the worst time ever? Tweet
