Re: meat and fertility/ menstruation
Many vegetarians replace meat with junk food, so you are not alone. If I shared with you my health experiences from eating vegetarian/vegan/macrobiotics for 14 years, I could not say it any better than the post by Aharleygyrl.
Do you know your metabolic type? There is a good chance you are a protein type. If so, continuing to eat the way you are could result in more serious health problems and your passing.
No matter what metabolic type you are, carb, mixed, or protein, everyone needs good fats in their diets.
You stated that when you ate "lacto-ovo vegetarian you developed PCOS, lots of water retention, and gained lots of weight and your periods finally stopped completely. You then became almost anorexic, experienced confusion, depression, and low weight. After eating meat you recovered, but then started a raw vegan diet. You state 3 years have gone by, I never got my periods back after delivery and I am not fertile either." You state you enjoy the benefits of a raw diet." Given the health problems you have described, may I ask what those benefits are?

I would not be surprised it your health improved beyond measure, mine has.
P.S. I loved the vegetarian lifestyle, but I needed the fat and the vitamins that only eating meat and whole fat dairy gives you. As much as I hated to leave the vegetarian lifestyle, I had to go where the truth led me.
Wishing you abundant health...
