Re: Use of Mag07 & low Vit D count

Thank you for your input. My routine sounds just like yours, timewise. I use good quality supplements & take them as indicated, with or without food. I was also taking the Mag07 around 11 P.M...well apart from other supplements.

I asked this question on several sites & Dr. Saul Pressman on the "oxyplus" group said my liver was clogged! I don't see how, truthfully as I started this maintenance protocol of 2 Mag07 nightly following a period of fasts/cleanses/flushes. I am sure "something" is going on in the liver though because my LDL is about 30 points higher than usual also. I know that & Vit D are "liver action" dependent.

I'm also concerned that my body might have become dependent on the Mag07 as my BM's in the 2 weeks since I have stopped it are not regular. I have increased fiber & water & feel bloated & uncomfortable. I finally used a stool softener but BM's are still strained, heavy, & small. I will look into the site you suggested. How long have you been using the Oxypowder for maintenance?

thanks, M
