Your doctor can prescribe mega dosage vitamin D easily. Finding a solution to constipation is like finding a piece of hay in a haystack.

I had low Vit. D for a while, and also live in Fl. Took a supplement and was fine.

Pick your poison. I prefer to have regular bowl movements and take extra D occasionally.
