I was hypothyroid for years, and Liver Flushing has kick started my thyroid. i'm not quite sure what your problem is but the epson salts really make you go if that is your concern, or a colonic afrewards as recomended by Andreas is great for constipation too or Oxypowder to clean you out before and after.just make sure you follow the rules, and i'm sure you will be fine.
